We also appreciate that this is a destination wedding and while we promise the travel is worthwhile, we understand if you are unable to attend due to the location. Madeline Island is off the shore of Bayfield, Wisconsin and is reachable by a ferry boat that runs daily. For those traveling from beyond Minnesota or Wisconsin, we recommend flying into Minneapolis or Duluth airport and renting a car.
